Architect-led concepts, interactive review and client-side coordination for Koelnmesse and German trade fairs
Translation of brand, products, meetings, storage and visitor goals into a clear spatial concept.
Layouts for open and closed sides, product presentation, hospitality, staff areas and operational access.
A shared 3D environment can support remote review, option comparison and clearer design decisions.
Review of plans, inclusions, exclusions, quantities, interfaces and foreseeable change risks before appointment.
Structured coordination of stand builder, graphics, AV, lighting, electrical work, furniture, logistics and approvals.
Site visits, photographic reporting, defect lists and follow-up within the agreed appointment.
01
Goals, stand location, open sides, products, meetings, storage, budget framework and venue documents are reviewed.
02
The layout and visual direction are developed and can be reviewed through drawings, renderings and a browser-based model.
03
Technical requirements are transferred to qualified stand construction, electrical, lighting, AV, structural and fire-safety partners.
04
Open decisions, approvals, deadlines and site issues are tracked against the agreed design and responsibilities.
05
The stand is reviewed, deviations documented and reusable elements can be recorded for future configurations.
