Review of event, stand location, dimensions, open sides, objectives, products, meetings, storage and operating needs.

Quotation and scope comparison

Structured comparison of inclusions, exclusions, quantities, technical interfaces, deadlines and change mechanisms.

Programme and decision tracking

A decision schedule and open-point list help keep design, approvals, production and installation aligned.

Specialist interfaces

Coordination of information between stand builder, graphics, electrical, lighting, AV, structural, fire-safety and logistics partners.

Local installation visits

Agreed site visits in Cologne or the region with photographic progress reporting and escalation of critical issues.

Handover and defect follow-up

Review against the approved information, a documented defect list and follow-up with the responsible parties.

Appointment and responsibility matrix

The exact role of Benatrix, the client, stand builder and specialist partners is recorded before work begins.

Design, offers and approvals

Plans and quotations are reviewed, open decisions are listed and information is prepared for venue and supplier submissions.

Production and installation monitoring

Progress, deadlines, changes and site observations are recorded and communicated to the client.

04

Handover and close-out

Defects, documentation, returns, storage and potential reuse are reviewed according to the agreed scope.

Independent coordination—not replacement of specialists

<p>Benatrix can coordinate on behalf of the exhibitor and review whether the available information, responsibilities and deliverables are coherent. The service does not transfer the technical design, installation or certification duties of specialist contractors to Benatrix.</p><p>For initial projects, it is generally clearer if the exhibitor contracts the stand builder and technical specialists directly while Benatrix is appointed separately for design and coordination. This keeps payments, warranties and specialist responsibilities transparent.</p>

Local focus and travel

<p>The primary local area is Koelnmesse, Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf.
