List your real estate or investment project as an interactive 3D/BIM presentation If you already have a BIM or 3D model, we prepare and publish your project on the platform. If you do not have one, we can create the model, drawings, or architectural study needed to present it.
You already have a BIM or 3D model
We prepare your existing model, project data, drawings, images, and documents for interactive presentation on Benatrix. Your project can then be explored online by investors, buyers, partners, or other decision-makers. Best for: Projects with existing BIM models, 3D models, drawings, renderings, or structured project information.
You need a BIM or 3D model
If your project does not yet have a suitable model, we can create one based on your available drawings, CAD files, PDFs, sketches, or project information. The model can be prepared for interactive presentation, planning review, 4D/5D simulation, or further project development. Best for: Projects that have drawings or data, but no usable BIM or 3D model yet.
You have an idea or land, but no study yet
If your project is still only an idea, land, or incomplete material, we can prepare the architectural concept, planning drawings, areas, basic project documents, and the material needed for presentation. Once the project material is ready, it can be published on Benatrix as an interactive project presentation. Best for: Landowners, project owners, and early-stage development ideas.

Benatrix is managed by Karam Karsli Murtada, a licensed architect registered with the Architektenkammer Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW Chamber of Architects). With extensive professional experience as an architect, BIM specialist, and project manager across numerous architectural offices and companies throughout Germany, Karam brings a deep understanding of both the creative and technical dimensions of building design.
