LPH 1–2: Brief and preliminary design

Goals, constraints, initial options and basic feasibility are clarified.

LPH 3–4: Design and permits

The design is coordinated and developed into permit-ready documentation.

LPH 5–7: Details and procurement

Execution details, specifications, quantities and procurement bases are prepared.

LPH 8–9: Delivery and follow-up

Construction is supported and documented within the appointed scope, followed by agreed post-completion services.

Important notes on permits, HOAI and specialist design

<p>The HOAI service phases describe possible basic services for buildings and interiors; they do not create an automatic full-service appointment. Scope, fees, schedule and client inputs are agreed in writing.</p><p>Building permits and other public-law decisions are made solely by the competent authorities. Structural design, fire safety, energy, surveying, building services, ground investigation and other specialist services are included only when expressly appointed or coordinated.</p><p>Professional qualification: registered with the Chamber of Architects of North Rhine-Westphalia under membership number 110007.</p>
