About Us
Benatrix is managed by Karam Karsli Murtada, a licensed architect registered with the Architektenkammer Nordrhein-Westfalen (NRW Chamber of Architects). With extensive professional experience as an architect, BIM specialist, and project manager across numerous architectural offices and companies throughout Germany, Karam brings a deep understanding of both the creative and technical dimensions of building design.
Architecture
Benatrix provides architectural planning services for residential, commercial, and workplace projects in Germany. Our scope includes feasibility studies, concept design, space planning, design development, permit-related documentation, execution planning, and technical coordination in accordance with German HOAI service phases. In addition to residential and senior living projects, we support companies, landlords, tenants, and workplace teams with office-related architectural services, including office fit-out design, workplace layout planning, refurbishment concepts, office relocation planning, handover and takeover support, and small works planning. Benatrix provides independent project support for international companies managing office moves, handovers, refurbishments, fit-outs, and workplace changes in Germany. Custom Digital Systems
